Watermark Beach Resort Offers Nightly Rental Program Osoyoos, BC (Aug. 1, 2007) Today, the $75 million dollar 4 star luxury Watermark Beach Resort confirmed that it will offer tourists nightly suite rentals, increasing value for Watermark property owners and distinguishing it from other properties in the South Okanagan. Recently, many properties in the Osoyoos area designated for weekly or monthly rentals have been renting by the night, forcing The Town of Osoyoos to monitor rentals more closely, and in some instances prosecuting condo owners caught ignoring the by-law regulation. -more-
