Project Summary

Osoyoos Shoreline Development Ltd. has built a world-class four-storey, 153 suite beachside resort on the site of the “Old Packing House” (demolished in 2002); on the west shore of Osoyoos Lake adjacent to Gyro Park. This includes five townhome buildings with six units per building (total of 30 units) on the site’s south side.

The Watermark Beach Resort offers many publicly accessible amenities, including retail store fronts along Main Street’s east downtown strip; an upscale restaurant; a health club/spa and convention centre space.

Suites offer all the comforts and conveniences of home including fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, gourmet kitchens, deep soaking tubs, flat-screen televisions in the master bedrooms and living areas, and private balconies with breathtaking views of the lake or desert landscape.

Through collaboration with the planning department and local community groups, the resort includes the enhancement and cultivation of the adjoining beachfront park through the development of a public pathway system connecting existing north and south pathways.
